Recycling

Using recycled instead of raw materials saves energy, conserves natural resources, and reduces emissions of greenhouse gases and other air and water pollutants. Recycling contributes to the supply of resources for recycled content materials, as well as reducing waste that is sent to landfills.

News

  • Boulder County’s NEW Hazardous Materials Management Facility will open later this spring.  In early summer 2011, business wastes, including wastes from churches, non-profit agencies, and schools, will be accepted by a new, by-appointment only service.
  • Yoga Mats! Beginning April 22, CHaRM will be accepting yoga mats. Visit CHaRM for more information and costs.
