ZeroWaste New Zero Waste Incentives in the City of Boulder! To assist with upfront costs of implementing new waste diversion services, the City will rebate up to a maximum $250.00 per business for the purchase of additional recycling or compost collection items including, but not limited to; inside collection containers, compostable collection bags (liners for compost containers), compostable service ware and/or compostable take-out containers. For reimbursement, a business must submit the following rebate form . $150 off Zero Waste Services for Businesses! Boulder County Resource Conservation Division wants to support your business in reducing waste by offering a coupon worth $150 towards Zero Waste services. These coupons are available to businesses that sign up for new recycling services or take the next step towards Zero Waste by committing to new composting ser-vices! Coupons are available through Boulder County Resource Conservation Division and other community partners. Working Towards Zero Waste PACE is working with the City of Boulder to help businesses reduce the amount of waste that they generate and increase the amount of material going towards recycling and composting. Current City of Boulder’s incentives include: ---Business Recycling Coupon: Offers businesses three months of free recycling service on new accounts. ---Commercial Compost Incentive: Offsets the cost of composting service for businesses by $2.50/cubic yard. Call PACE to schedule a site visit to review your current practices and get recommendations for im-proving your waste diversion rates. Mountain Communities -- A Boulder County Zero Waste Outreach Specialist, funded by U.S. Department of Agriculture, is available to help businesses in Jamestown, Nederland, Lyons and other mountain communities with waste audits and oth-er customized Zero Waste assistance.
